Brain Capital · Strength, Clarity, Agility

Your Brain Type Report: Wired & Scattered

You are a freak of nature! You start before the room has found the thread. Or you hold five threads and still see the one nobody named. Or both. Sometimes the people around you don't know what to think, but you are often the first spark in the room, and rarely the person still on that same spark when the meeting ends.

Your natural strengths

  • You ignite. New work turns the lights on.
  • You spot the next useful idea while others are still on the first one.
  • You can switch without freezing. The agility is real.
  • You get Strength back by starting. That engine is not fake.
  • You notice what is off in a room faster than a slower brain will.

Your possible challenges

  • The point slips once the phone, the inbox, or the next idea arrives.
  • Fast is not finished. Starts stack up. Finishes do not.
  • People call the switch flaky, or "so responsive." Both miss the biology.
  • You can feel on and still have nothing that landed.
  • A second mission in the same block spends the fuel the first one needed.

The choice

Unlock it, or spend it

Unlock your brain's natural superpowers...

Use the spark on purpose. One mission. Phone out of reach. 7 minutes. Strength gets a target. Clarity gets a place to sit. Agility waits outside the block.

Or ignore, deplete, and destroy

  • Ignore the dent. Clarity stays at 36 and you call it a busy day.
  • Deplete the tank. Every switch spends decision-making and execution.
  • Destroy tomorrow. A brain that stays on at night spends Capital before the day starts.

Your sample chart

Strength · Clarity · Agility

0 to 100 on this sample profile. Higher means the pattern is louder, not that you are "better." Read the shape.

Wired and Scattered sample chart Strength 78 at the top, Agility 81 out to the lower left, Clarity 36 pulled in toward the center on the lower right. Strength 78 Clarity 36 Agility 81 Outer ring 100 · inner ring 25 · pink dot is the dent

The shape is the report. Strength and Agility flare. Clarity is the dent, marked in pink. That dent is where Brain Capital leaks. Agility at 81 next to Clarity at 36 means you move before the point has a place to sit.

Strength78

You can start. Ignition is real.

Clarity36

The point slips. Protect this. Do not "try harder" at it.

Agility81

You switch fast. Next to Clarity 36, fast is the drain.

The depleting pattern

Start, switch, start again

  1. You open strong. Strength is online. The top of the chart is doing its job.
  2. A ping, an inbox, or a new idea arrives.
  3. Agility takes the wheel. The flare looks like a gift. It is also the exit.
  4. Clarity drops. The first point has nowhere to sit. That is the dent at 36.
  5. You start again so you can feel strong.
  6. By evening the brain is still on. Capital is spent. Little has landed.

Why this mode drains Capital

Four capabilities, one leak

Brain Capital is decision-making, resilience, adaptability, and execution. Wired and Scattered spends them like this.

Decision-makingEvery switch is a new choice. The decision that mattered never gets a full turn.
ResilienceBusy feels like fuel. The tank is leaking. You notice when it is already low.
AdaptabilityYou adapt to the interruption, not to the mission. The gift turns into fog.
ExecutionStarts stack up. Finishes do not. This capability goes first.

Optimize brainpower for this type

Brainpower here is not a mood. It is whether the one point landed. Score it 0 to 10 after the block, at the same time each day.

ScoreWhat that number means for this mode
0Nothing landed. You switched all day. The brain stayed on.
3You named a mission and started. You did not finish it.
5The mission is half done. The phone came back once.
7One mission finished. You switched, then you came back.
10One mission finished. Phone stayed out. You can say the point in one sentence.

Use the marks between those anchors. A 4 is closer to "started" than to "half done." A 9 is a finished mission with one small leak. Do not average the week into a pep talk. Look for the dent: days under 5 mean the phone or a second mission got in.

This week

Mark each day. Blank is "not yet," not a zero. The bars are your week at a glance.

No days marked yet. A useful week shows the pattern, not a perfect 10.

Tips for this brain

  1. Name one mission before you open the inbox. Write it where you will see it.
  2. Phone in another room for that block. Face up on the desk spends Clarity.
  3. Breathe in for 4, out for 6, then start the 7 minutes. Land before you hunt.
  4. When a new idea shows up, park it on paper. Do not switch inside the block.
  5. Say the point in one sentence before you are "done." If you cannot, you are not done.
  6. Score Brainpower once, after the block. Same time tomorrow.
  7. If the number is under 5, do not add work. Repeat the same mission.
  8. Lights down at night. A brain that stays on spends tomorrow before it starts.

Day 1 prescription

Tied to the Reset habits

You do not need a bigger plan. You need a landing spot for Clarity. Do these three first. They are already on Day 1.

  1. 1
7 Minute ChallengeSit. Breathe in for 4, out for 6. Score energy and focus before you open a tab.
  2. 2
One Mission StickyWrite one mission for today. One. Not a list with a favorite on it.
  3. 3
Phone Out of Reach Focus BlockPhone in another room for the 7 minutes and for that one mission. This is how you stop Agility from spending Clarity.

Then check the other four so the day can lock:

After the block, mark Brainpower. Day 1 is a 7 or better when you can name the mission and the phone stayed out.

Unlock your brain's natural superpowers... or ignore, deplete, and destroy. The Reset is the first path.
